If a part breaks within 5 years of purchase, just pay a small shipping fee and we’ll send a replacement free of charge with no questions asked. Simply find the part on our repair page and request to have it shipped to you.

That means we want you to repair your purchases when possible instead of throwing them away and buying from us again.
